Butterfly pose or badhha konasana improves the flexibility of your inner thighs and knees and increases the blood supply to your abdomen and pelvic region.

Child’s pose or balasna is a very relaxing yoga pose that stretches your thighs, back, and hips. The pose also helps with stress and fatigue and it brings your pelvis in a better alignment and increases the blood supply in the pelvis area.
