How to Get Thicker Hair Naturally

By: Dzhingarov

It’s a fact. Neat, well-kept hair always compliments a person’s looks regardless of expensive makeup. Sadly, hair loss cases are slowly on the rise nowadays, and they have become too common. Hundreds of websites are being set up to tackle on the issue of hair loss, but most always bombard you with a number of magical treatments which are proved to grow back your hair within hours.

Truth be said, hair doesn’t grow or vanish overnight, unless, of course, you were playing around with a certain chemical X. Hair always continuously grows weaker and eventually falls depending on factors such as:

–           Hormonal imbalances

–           Emotional stress

–           Allergies

–           Using wrong hair care products

–           Poor hair care

Despite these natural factors which result into thinning out of hair, there are two ways of getting thick hair naturally. You can first start by finding the reason why your hair thins out and stopping it, then advancing to the actual process of making it thick. Thinning hair can be a big problem not only for women but for man too.

Stopping Hair From Thinning Out

1.         Avoid Harsh Chemicals

True, the stronger the chemicals used in making hair care products, the faster you get results. Perhaps what you don’t know is that those chemicals used were so harsh that the manufacturers had to wear protective gear during manufacture. Mild hair products may take some time before you note any changes, but they are far better than stronger products which eventually thin out your hair.

2.         Use Hair Styling Appliances Sparingly

Long term use of hair styling appliances can also result to thinning out of hair. Equipment such as curling irons, blow-dryers and flat irons have been proven to break down hair shaft. Eventually, your hair will start adopting a shaggy appearance and develop split ends. Rather than blow-drying your hair, resort to air drying and using techniques such as plaiting in order to achieve flat straight hair.

3.         Trim damaged Hair ends

Split ends are an unnecessary part of your hair. They only spell out one thing – untidiness. Trimming the damaged ends of your hair gives your hair a general and even look even without employing any chemicals.

Thickening Your Hair

Getting naturally thick hair revolves around natural remedies which don’t have side effects. This thus means that you should strongly mind about the kinds of food that you eat.
